I was not satisfied at all with this product. If your looking for products that work on the inner rims this is not for you.. The packaging is incredibly cheap and the botom half will also come off when you take of the cap. It was only two dollars, so if you line the outside of your eye and don't mind the bad packaging go ahead.

Pros: Can be used for lining outside of eye, low price
Cons: bad packaging and runs on when used on inside rims.
